Conversational AI Agents are different from rules based Chabots. The latter have a poor reputation with users as they generally just waste time. Rules based Chabots will then try and capture user data to compensate for the inability to provide a useful answer, which exacerbates the poor user experience.

All questions and answers are captured. This means answers can be revised manually so the AI Agent becomes more and more skilled and precise as time goes on.
