1. Introduction
The iCentric Agency Limited is a small business based in the UK that is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business operations or in our supply chains.
2. Policy Statement
We define modern slavery as all acts of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another for the purposes of exploiting them for personal or commercial gain.
We are committed to taking all reasonable steps to prevent modern slavery from taking place in our business or supply chains. This includes:
- Conducting due diligence on all new suppliers and contractors to assess their risk of modern slavery.
- Requiring our suppliers and contractors to sign a code of conduct that commits them to upholding our standards on modern slavery.
- Monitoring our suppliers and contractors on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are complying with our code of conduct and with all applicable laws and regulations on modern slavery.
- Providing training to our employees on how to identify and report the signs of modern slavery.
- Maintaining a confidential whistleblowing policy so that employees can raise concerns about modern slavery without fear of reprisal.
3. Responsibility
The Board of Directors of The iCentric Agency Limited has overall responsibility for this policy. The day-to-day responsibility for implementing and enforcing the policy lies with the Managing Director.
4. Training
All employees of The iCentric Agency Limited will receive training on modern slavery, including how to identify and report the signs of modern slavery.
5. Reporting
Any employee who suspects that modern slavery is taking place in the business or supply chain of The iCentric Agency Limited should immediately report their concerns to their line manager or to the Managing Director.
6. Investigation
Any reports of modern slavery will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. If modern slavery is found to have taken place, we will take appropriate action, which may include terminating relationships with suppliers or contractors, reporting the matter to the relevant authorities, and taking disciplinary action against any employees involved.
7. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure that it is still effective and up to date.
8. Publication
This policy will be published on The iCentric Agency Limited's website and made available to all employees. It will also be provided to all suppliers and contractors.
