About the Project
Subaru required a full top to bottom revaluation of their digital web presence and overall strategy.
We advised key performance metrics should focus around booking test drives, locating a dealer, requesting a brochure and offering finance quotes. This was because these four calls to action presented clear intentions to buy and that was the key overall objective; increase sales.
Conversion funnels were setup through the new deployment so we could monitor, measure and adjust user journeys, content and specific calls to action in order to achieve their overall objective.
Other car manufacturers and dealerships have now gone on to copy our methods, designs and presentation, which is the best compliment we could possibly receive.
Subaru also required a comprehensive on going support team ensuring 24x7 response to all and any updates or changes.
