Usually provided as a three-tier option, we can also supply a bespoke SLA tailored to your exact business requirements.

Support will always be given
With an SLA in place, your mission critical systems are protected with a guaranteed response time. While you’ll certainly be supported without one, our response will be subject to the current lead time, which could be up to four weeks.
Automated error reporting
Website’s operating under an SLA are assisted by automated error reports to our internal support team. This means that in many circumstances, errors have already been investigated and resolved before anyone is aware there is a problem.
Developer time can be expensive
You’ll be reassured to know that, with an SLA, you’ll be guaranteed rates which are 30% less than our standard rates.
Your dedicated Account Manager
We’ll provide you with your own Account Manager who’ll be available to give advice and recommendations by phone or email and will be available to help you with any of your digital requirements, not just service issues.

Your hours within this, if not used, can be carried over from one month to the next.
