The brief
UK Automotive Quality Consultancy
Automotive & InsuranceA SaaS platform replacing manual audit processes for accident repair centres, adopted by Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover and more.
The challenge
What needed to change
Our client is a UK consultancy, training provider, and auditor specialising in accident repair quality assurance for vehicle manufacturers and insurers. Manufacturers require independent accident repair centres (ARCs) to meet stringent standards for approved accreditation. Insurers have an equal interest in repair quality and speed — slower repairs mean longer loan vehicle periods and higher costs. Before this software, all ARC auditing was conducted in person. Job data collection was entirely manual, collated across spreadsheets, and performance reports were compiled by hand before being sent to manufacturers, ARCs, and insurers — time-consuming, error-prone, and unable to scale.

What we needed to deliver
The solution
How we solved it
We built a multi-portal SaaS platform creating manufacturer-branded audit and job management portals. ARCs upload evidence of technical certifications and equipment calibrations — with relevant dates — as part of the manufacturer self-audit process.
End-to-end repair job logging and technician mobile app
Every vehicle repair is logged and audited end-to-end: status updates, parts and materials used, technician hours, quotes, estimates, and post-completion warranties. Technicians use a dedicated mobile app to access job cards, record time per vehicle, add parts, and update repair statuses from the workshop floor.
Multi-stakeholder dashboards
ARCs access all manufacturer portals they are accredited for via a single dashboard — eliminating duplicate data entry. Insurers see overall statistics and authorised repair statuses. Manufacturers have dashboards detailing repairs, parts usage, and ARC performance across their entire approved network.
Built for extensibility
The architecture was deliberately designed to adapt and grow with the client's expanding service offerings and new manufacturer partnerships without requiring foundational rebuilds.
The software proved to be an industry game-changer, streamlining repair speeds and costs while elevating quality standards across the network.
